Thinking on getting a lock on. Does anybody use one? What are your thoughts on it?

Very comfy and light stand but BE CAREFUL. ALWAYS put a 2nd strap on the bottom of the stand where the platform contacts the tree. This stand has a very narrow neck at this point and it WILL kick out from the tree without a 2nd strap!thetoolman said:It comes with the chain receiver, but either will work with this stand. All of mine are the chains and they work well, sometimes they can be tricky to get as tight as I like them, but they work.

If under 6 feet tall, the seat is so tall against the tree that some bow shot angles are restricted. Some of these items may have been fixed with the newer models.
I like the Summit raptor series hang on with the Talon bracket. That is the fastest mounting system I have ever seen. And the stand platform adjusts for crooked trees. I have 5 of these and they are superb.
