So, I made some deer bacon for the first time ever, made 12 1/2 lbs just to see how it would turn out, it turned out great. So, I did 25lbs the next time and it turned out the great, just takes a long time.

I seasons I ordered from www.curleyssausagekitchen .com. I bought Venison Bacon/Bacon Ground and Formed seasoning, you can get it in 10lb, 121/2lb or 25lb batch, it comes with the cure. I also bought a taste booster packet, then just follow the instructions. Hope you enjoy it as much as my friends and I have. The seasons and booster packets run around $10.00 and then shipping will cost about the same but you get it in a couple of days

You take deer and I use pork butts and grind it up, then mix in the seasoning and cure. Then put in small 8x8x2 pans, then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Then smoke, when ordering the seasoning you can get the stuff to make 10lbs, 12 1/2lbs or 25lbs. I have done both the 12 1/2 and 25lbs. It does take time on both grinding, mixing, forming in pans and smoking but it's really good.
