I use a scuba tank to fill mine with.. the hand pump will wear you out!

Hand pump. I get 40 perfect shots shooting from 3000 psi down to 2300 psi. That's four, 10 shot clips which will last me at the very least, 4 trips. It takes me a total of 10 minutes to refill that 700 pounds with a hand pump.
