Flipped my kayak in lick creek During a flash flood in Hickman county, lost a 7'6" 5 weight white river dogwood canyon fly rod with light green fly line, $50 reward if anybody finds it!! It was my first fly rod ever and I had had it for 14 years- just grasping for straws!

Thanks! I looked for three hours yesterday about 1/2 mile stretch below where I flipped, I even put on goggles and swam into some deep spots - nothing.

If this was from the rain 2 weeks ago, you're lucky to be alive. Our bottom field became Lick Creek that day. What section were you floating?

Look close to the area you lost it. You would be surprised how little distance objects move when they sink even in strong current.

I looked for three hours all around the area and even had goggles to search under cut bank- maybe someone already found it?
