When does the rut start in Lincoln County?

I realize it's not the rut yet but I haven't caught a single buck on camera.

im on the lincoln / marshall/ bedford line. Id say absolute peak is Thanksgiving and the best week for killing a mature buck is usually the 1st week of December- but anytime after Nov15 can be great

For almost everywhere other than the southeast portion of the county, the 2 weeks surrounding thanksgiving are the peak rut. Some say that in the southeast portion of the county that they don't even get to hunt the rut and that it occurs after the season closes.
