Legality Question

I got a new client that all but begged me to take out some coyotes for him. Got another client who's a pro archer that just gave me a really nice predator call setup when I mentioned it to him. Never been out of the box, brand new.

Question is I wanted to try this out on some public hunting land 7 miles from my house before driving way out to my client:
1) Electronic calls for yotes legal in TN?
2) OK to do this on public hunting land during the summer?
