Anyone bow hunting the wma this upcoming weekend
I'm undecided on whether I'm going to hunt there, or the WMA to the north. If the weather would stay like it is, I'd be headed straight to LBL to camp and hunt all weekend, but it's supposed to be almost 90 Saturday, so I'm going to stay local.

Good luck with your hunt.

It's a tough hunt, but can be dang good if you're in the right spot at the right time. It is crowded the first weekend. Most people don't last past day 2. It's hot and the bugs are bad. If you can find the sawtooth oaks, they're already dropping. But I rarely see sign of deer eating them for some reason.
