Killed this guy at 8:30 this morning, had seen 9 different does and fawns and figured there was a buck around somewhere and soon a small 6pt came in and ran all the does off out of sight. One lone doe came back and fed beside me for 30 mins, I just happened to look down the holler and seen what I thought was a good average buck straight downwind of me acting like he was ready to run at any second, he was quartering to me so I calmly aimed and shot. He went straight down, I didnt see the droptines until I walked up to him.He dressed out at 170lbs and had 11 total points. Washington county. We knew this buck was around but I never thought I would be lucky enough to be the one to harvest him. God is good!
Awesome congrats
