Where is Saban going exactly?

Asking for a friend.

My beat guess is that the vols see a coaching replacement before ALABAMA sees Nick Saban retirement. I would bank on it

I don't think he is going anywhere anytime soon, but he won't coach forever and I think any school would be foolish to not consider Kiffin (along with
Swinney and Smart).

If Saban does retire in the next few years I think he might become SEC commissioner.
I doubt that. When he does retire it looks like he has a long career in broadcasting . If he wants it.

God only knows he could live out retirement in comfort.

At 71yrs old he could fall dead tomorrow. I guess you gumps will mummify him and put him on the sideline.

He will get serious consideration, but he better strike while the iron is hot, because his iron is losing hotness week by week.
Time will tellā€¦

My opinion which means little will be expressed in another thread. Tongue in cheek original responseā€¦but some element of truth at a later dateā€¦
