Juvenile hunting license

I havr searched the reg guide but must be over looking the info.

1- What does the law state about a out of state juvenile hunting a grandparents land in Tn?
2- does the adult accompanying the juvenile have to have a hunting licensed in TN?
3 what age is the child no longer considered a juvenile?

1. The landowner license exemption is only available to TN residents.

2. If the youth doesn't have the hunter safety certification and is hunting on the Apprentice License exemption, the must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older who does meet the hunter safety requirements. That adult must be in position to take immediate control of the hunting weapon at all times.

3. They are a juvenile under TWRA regs until they turn 16.
