Nothing wrong with with a few flowers around the veggie garden. I grow some for the bees,some for the bugs, and some to eat.
The bees like them all,bugs hate the marigolds,deep fried squash blooms are excellent .

i have never been able to get anything to grow with the exception of cotton that somehow got planted in my yard but since i did not know what it was till it busted open i am not to blame. maybe i can learn something.

Don't y'all see the connection here to this site? Hunter in the off season plants a garden....Deer come out at night and eat all the tender veggies....Hunter gets revenge on the deer in the Fall. Good enough for me.
