Just got done picking hot peppers 2nd pick this season. Been a really good year this time got cayenne,hot banna,tyi,ghost,reapers,and scorpions also one that I'm not sure of it crossed with something last year.
Good haul there. I wouldn't know what to do with those extra hot peppers. I like some spice, but not that level. Curious what you actually do with them or how you prepare and store these?
Usually dehydrated and then grind in to a fine chill powder. Dont have to use much of it . Put some in with pickles and make a real hot salsa with them but got way more than I need this year have to spread around with friends and family
