IS A LICENSE NEEDED?

To shed hunt on public land? I wont be able to get my license until juvi turkey season but i wanted to go scouting/shed hunting today on some refuges and WMAs.

I wouldn't think a license or permit is needed. However, there are some WMAs that restrict access, so it may be advisable to check with the Area Manager before going.
