look like large chicken tenders. what breading recipe you use? i might could keep some from falling apart with that breading.
Nothing fancy. I keep it real simple, because I usually suck at cooking. That breading isn't as thick as it looks, but it doesn't fall apart.
I whisk a bowl of half eggs and half buttermilk. Dip fish in there then roll it around.
I used a box of the Zatarain's Fish Fry - Crispy Southern. I add a little salt and pepper. R
I also used a bag of Louisiana Fish Fry - Cajun for the other half. I don't add anything to it.
