I killed a wild boar a couple weeks ago. The other ham I ended up cooking too long. I was just cooking it as regular pork. Let's just say the coyotes behind my house loved it. :lol:
This ham I cured for a week. As I was cooking it, I put a glaze of honey and brown sugar on it. The next time I will go ahead, de-bone it, and wrap it with butcher's twine. I think it would turn out better. Now time to go shoot some more pigs!
