Grilled chicken thigh nachos for me and the youngest. Wife wanted shrimp, daughter wanted canned chili .

Grilled thighs, Rotel, black beans, canned corn, pickled jalapeños, green onions, lettuce, and cheese. Hard to know when to stop but it was good
