For the okra lover

A man can only eat so much fried okra and we've already pre-breaded and froze several bags and we're still getting a small basket full daily...So tonight I took fresh okra and drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with himalayan sea salt, little garlic powder and black pepper...placed on skewers and put them on top rack of hot grill while cooking burgers...flipped skewers once....homemade ranch dressing for a dipping sauce..if you love okra....its fantastic and something different...we'll be doing it again. (I know Ruger will appreciate the fine china).

Toss a lil smoked paprika and red pepper flakes on there as well. Will change your life. :)

Would that work for frozen okra, cause I have a good source and I love me some okra. Are they slimy grilled or crispy???
No sure from frozen? Hadnt tried that?
We cut and pre-bread...freeze on cookie sheet....then bag it to fry later....that works great.
For grilling...crispy on outside edges and moist/slimy on inside.....great okra flavor.
