I made a small donation to a fundraising auction for Bethel Bible Village. Most folks around Chattanooga know them, but if not, they primarily provide care for kids who parents can't care for them due to family illness, family conflicts, teenage pregnancy, divorce, incarceration, institutionalized, drug addiction, abandonment, or other family crisis. Bethel in effect becomes part of their extended family during the family�s time of crisis.

TNDeer.com's very own "kirk" was the purchaser of this trip. He gave a ridiculous amount of money for it... but it all goes to the Bethel Bible Village, a very worthy organization.

And to beat all, I believe kirk is going to turn around and re-donate the trip as a prize in the June 12th Ratman Bass Tournament. He's just that kind of guy.
