I still haven't learned how to run routes of waypoints on my Garmin. Right now I just have pages of waypoints and have to scroll through them, pick out one at a time, and then do the "go to" thing. Anybody have any tips on how to run routes?

I'm not totally sure what you are asking, but routes are different than way points. if you want to follow a route, then you select the route and basically do the same thing as Go To. I dont have my GPS in front of me, but it is relatively easy.

you should practice with it in the off season. Take it with you in the truck and make a route to work. Then follow it, even if it means taking your truck on sidewalks, through buildings, etc.

Just kidding.. but do practice in the off season. Just like every other piece of gear you got. You need to know exactly how to work it before you get in the dark trying to fumble around with it.
