Good season or Slow season start?

It's been slow, but overall a good season So far.

I've been out on 7 or 8 sets including the early velvet hunt. Mostly public land in east tennessee.

I was lucky enough to drop a Doe in her tracks last staurday.... that has been the only deer I've seen so far..

October of 2016, was the last time i killed in bow. I killed many in muzzy and rifle during those two years just had bad luck during bow....... So I'm glad to get that monkey off my back if nothing else exciting happens during bow season.

Very slow have seen 4 deer at this point. Last year I had already killed 4 deer a week earlier than this.
