First buck this season. Feels good!😊

Spotted this guy following a bunch of does. He didn't want to let them get away even though they went right past me. He worked his way toward me slightly uphill. This is a no gun area so I had my crossbow ready. He came within about 30 yards. Being up hill and angling towards me I put the bolt through the lower front chest through the back it its leg. The bolt came out about 3/4 up and went through the guts. He went about 50 yards and went down. Outside of slicing the stock it was a great day. I feel a little better but still think about a very nice 8 a week earlier that got away.
