Anthony,
I saw in one of your posts that it appears you do your gardening in raised beds. I am planning on doing the same this year. This past year I had one very small bed with only a few plants in it. This year i plan on expanding quite a bit.

Anyway, since you live pretty close I have a question or three.

Did you do anything like soil testing?
I was probably just going to get a truckload of garden mix from somewhere like Nature's Earth... good idea?
Any other tips would be appreciated... I'm very new to this.

Thanks, Stephen

Yeah, you should always have your soil tested every spring. UT by the old Sheriff office can do it.

Over the years, I've added my own compost but start with some bags of Mircle Grow added to the soil, lime

Hope this helps you out some...call me if you have anymore questions
