Fiber optic site for SX3

Picked up an SX3 and gonna try to go back to turkey hunting without a scope and it has a fiber optic site at the front but no rear site. What's a good option for the rear? Think my main problem in missing birds without shooting a scope is due to raising my head up and not staying down. The gun is not drilled and tapped so if I did decide to put a scope on what's the best option for mounting it? Really hoping not to but...

I'm a big fan of Deadringer Beard Buster sights personally. I use those on turkey guns that won't shoot true to bead and need some adjustment. I just shoot a bead on my turkey gun that shoots true.
