Is there a bad time to fertilize clover? Is there a time that is better than others?

Established clover NOW per the soil test
As stated above now is best then again just before fall flush, usually early September
June, July, august, December, January, February would not be the best use of your fertilizer dollars.
Use a low nitrogen fertilizer for your clover.
