Duratouch browning

Has anyone ever sent a shotgun or rifle back to browning for the repair?
How long did it take?

Winchester DuraTouch problems

Anyone had a problem with their Winchester DuraTouch stocks? Went to pull my SX3 Slugger out of the safe and its as sticky as fly paper. I have to wear rubber gloves to handle it. Seems there is a class action suit against it but you have to send the whole gun back to Browning.

I sent mine in a couple years ago and had quick turn around but don't remember specifics timeframe. It was well worth the time it takes and highly suggest doing it.

Theyve had mine for a month now which is no big deal i was just curious had they gotten any faster than when it first started happening!

In September it took six weeks to get mine back, but it was definitely wirth it

I sent one back that was originally shadow grass and put a post it note in the box asking that they do it in Bottomland. I got it back in 6 weeks and it was bottomland. Couldn't be happier.

I had my SX3 done. Sent it to them in December 2022 and seems like I got it back right around turkey season. Wasn't going to use it so wasn't in a hurry.
