Deer meat processing

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a deer processor anywhere between Madisonville, KY and Franklin, TN? Mainly just looking to make some ground meat and maybe some sausage out of deer this fall.

This! I've got to Debone my deer from a state that doesn't have cwd, Georgia to bring them into a state with cwd. Bad thing is one place I hunt is on the state line. Law states if I shoot him in Tn and he dies in Georgia I have to debone him to bring him back.

There should be some Amish processors around Madisonville. There is one down at Fairview, east of Hopkinsville just off 68/80
