Idk, when I was a kid they was Adams meats, then rebranded under another name and claimed they started the "beefalo" so idk. First deer I ever took to a processor was the first deer I mounted and Potts did it.
Flowers seems to have a good reputation.
Flowers does a very nice job.

Flowers is the only place I know that's good. They are west Nashville off Briley. Last year it was $90 for any size deer. They cut it any way you want almost and vac pack it. I'm very happy with them.
My son took one to Tristar last year and was pleased. I actually went by there to pick up the head to do a European mount on it. They they were very nice. That's not a lot of experience with them, but it was positive.
When you find a good processor you stay with them !! Have my regulars depending where i hunt within the state

Every time I have been by there they are either closed, new ownership or no one was home?
Been using flowers for over 30yrs always top notch. If Walker's hasn't changed his pricing he's real high.
