All in all, 17lb ground (in .7lb packages), 4lb blackstrap, 1 lb tenderloin, 5lb hind steaks, 2 shanks left over for osso buco. I believe I was a little cautious on the front shoulders due to bloodshot. Used vacuum sealer for the first time. great start to the season!
