Not big on decoys, I hunt public land in the mountains anyway. If you use the terrain to your advantage in your set up you should never need a decoy.
That's my favorite way to hunt em, set up over the ridge and make him come looking. Field birds are frustrating and I can understand why one would want to show em a lil plastic turkey love once in a while if fields are a big part of the land they hunt.
