A buddy of mine sent me this video:
He kept going on and on about how good they were. Finally I watched the video and gave them a try..he was right lol. I'll include the recipe but I had to tweak it. I only used about half a white onion, didn't use all of the 2/3 cup flower(just kept adding a little at a time until it was right) then did the same w/the breadcrumbs. I used just a pinch or 2 under the full cup. This recipe calls for 2lbs of meat I used pound and a half.
