Anyone ever try this? Take a Back strap n slice it about a 1/4 inch thich, dip it into an egg wash and then into a mixture of cracker crumbs n flour with Tony Chaceries. Pan fry it in Safflower oil n then serve it. Talk about GOOD, I can cook a whole back strap like this, and I never, let me repeat "never" have to worry about any leftovers.
