Contessa Rings

Anyone tried these yet? They were just released this year. I ordered a set after Cabelas back ordered me 3 times on Vortex Pros. First 1" rings ive seen like these.

These rings do clamp down NATO/STANAG style. I was not sure before but they sit flush on my picatinny rail. They mention this in the catalog for their other rings. The clamp under the side screws is spring loaded. Makes it slightly easier to remove and put back on but could be a hassle too. I did not back the screws out all the way to find out. The low is .815" which is a little high but still usable. I have plenty of room to spare with a 42mm objective. A little more than i like actually. My Warnes lows on the same rail were lower.
