Citico creek with my boy

Going to take my son to fish citico and camp one night next week. He has a lifetime sportsman and I have a lifetime disabled veterans license. What else do we need as far as permits go? I've searched the online regs and can't seem to find the answers.

Your son will be covered with his Lifetime Sportsman.

I think you are covered for licenses, but would need the Type 098 Daily Tellico/Citico permit. Call the Region 3 office to make sure that is correct.
