My wife actually jarred salsa for friends. First time doing that as well. Last year I did smoked cheese. I oversmoked it a bit.That's a great idea. I need to be more proactive on this type of stuff. In the past, I've jarred salsa and marinara for gifts. People love homemade stuff like this.

Those look great. I have 10 lbs of ground venison in the fridge already mixed with jerky seasoning and cure. Will also be for gifts and will go in the dehydrator tomorrow. My turkeys were still frozen last night, but I stuck them in a brine bath anyways.
Left them dry to pack. Sauce them when I eat them.did 4 racks last week with the 3-2-1 method. vacuumed sealed them in half racks. of course we ate one, lol.. yours look great. do you sauce them or leave them dry?
