Catoosa hunt question

I have permits for the Oct. Genesis Mz. hunt and the Nov. Bicolor Mz. hunt.
I thought you had to hunt the area that you were drawn for.
I have heard in other forums that you can hunt the entire WMA regardless.
The regulations only say that the entire area is open.
Can't get Jim Lane to answer his phone so can you tell me which is true?

The entire area is open to hunting on a permit. You're supposed to use the check station on your permit.
