This should be interesting.
1) list the centerfire calibers you have hunted with... mostly interested in deer hunting. Indicate if you killed with them.
2) if anything extraordinary about one, please indicate so.
3) if you've settled on something, please list reasons why.
Not interested in shotguns or MLs for this survey.

For me...
(K) indicates kill

6.5 x 284 Norma (k)

.303 British

I think that's all of them. I don't remember any of them killing a deer any deader than the others. The only deer I ever lost was shot with a 35 rem.
I've settled on the 243 win. The light recoil is easy on my bad shoulder. I've also taken quite a few deer with it, and it gets the job done. Serves double duty for yotes, so...win win.
Needs 444 marlin listed

Grew up using rifle but hunt where it is slug and muzzleloader only now. I will say with my Benelli SBE2 with rifled barrel and Savage 212 sabot slugs are deadly. Honestly there aren't to many places where I hunt that I can't reach them with one of my slug guns.

I've hunted and killed with a few others but these have memories attached. Haven't shot one yet with the Blackout but it's first I've hunted with AR platform. Also the WSM is my favorite, probably because it was the first bought with my own money.

Hunted with a bunch

Killed with:
7 rem mag
308
270
6.8 spc
35 rem

My favorite is the 6.8spc with the 95gr ttsx

I've seen an extremely disproportionate amount of lost deer to the 243 and chalked it up to poor shot placement or poor bullet selection and tried it myself with the Hornady all copper gmx. Shot a doe at 20 yds slightly quartered towards me and she ran off carrying her leg quartered to me. Never found the deer or a drop of blood. Never again.

I've hunted with the .308 for the past 5 years or so. I've really taken a liking to a suppressed AR platform for hunting.
