Boat steps question.

Boat step question for those that know. Are these steps worth having on a boat? Do they make getting in any easier when launching the boat?

Attached the step to the spare tire carrier as a step works fine. I probably need a hand hold to really do it right but no welding and had to drill one extra hole in the spare tire carrier. Works pretty well for 70 year old about 240 lbs. that has to be careful of his bum knee!

Its not just for launching a boat. For those of us who's mobility has gotten bad over the years, it makes getting into the boat while it's on the trailer easier and or possible with out a step stool. But, they are very pricey.

I don't have these exact steps but have a 3 step ladder with a support pole. Best thing I've put on my boat

My boat came with those same steps. Guy had them installed so his wife could get on boat. Ive never used them but mainly just because i foregt they are there

Worth EVERY penny. I have the Boat EFX on mine and I would not be without them now.

My friend has a set of steps like those on his boat. They're the best add-on I've seen, I'd highly recommend them.
You'll be glad you got them, trust me.

QUESTION #2.

Does the handle on the steps cause any clearance issues when placing the boat in the garage? (Does it hit the garage door?)

I have Easy Steps on my boat and will never be without boat steps. The pole has never interfered with anything.

My Tracker came with them on it. I said I'd probably never use them...now I use them every time I get in and out of the boat when it's trailered. Hands down easiest way in and out of it.

My 76 year old friend down here in Beaufort has one on his 24' Blackhack and loves it.
