If I understand it right, they will announce at 10 in person at the various sights, and then an email will be sent out between 11 and 12. Who knows with the way things have been the last several years.

I agree. Something will be screwed up. Im going with multiple parties will get same blind. Or parties will be assigned a blind on a WMA they didnt even draw for.
