It only makes logical sense to mange them separately. Just the obvious fact that the WY range mule deer are 270 miles (as the crow flies) away from the booming Black Hills whitetails.

Now for the selfish part. I hope it passes and allows for the opportunity to have both a muley and whitetail tag in the same year😁

Yes, for the special draws, regular remained the same. Not the only one though. I paid $700 for an any buck (muley or whitetail) in NE this past fall.
Yes on Special draw. Which is 30% of the NR tags. (25% go in a random draw, 40% of the remaining 75% go in the Special. And yes, it can get confusing!)

On the Nebraska tag, how did you do? I had a MDCA tag and seem to remember it being around $350.
