I drove by Husk that morning (7 a.m. and freezing cold) and Rodney and another man were tending the mobile pit. I'm a couple blocks away and was planning on going to lunch (bbq plate), but all the tables were reserved and the bar had a wait. Plus it was $12 +tax and tip for a small amount of que and two veggies. Now that night would have been a good time.
