1lb of Ground Meat
1 Large can of Baked beans. I prefer Bush Baked beans
1 can of Biscuits Hungry Jack works best
1 cup of BarBQue sauce Hunts brown Sugar and Molasses is what I use
1/4cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1 cup of cheese at least a cup.If you use a long cassarole dish it might take more to cover the top entirely
1/2cup of Duree's dried onions
Brown and drain meat.Deer meat won't need draining
Add sugar, suace, and beans simmer about 5 minites
Then pour into cassarole dish
Cut biscuits into quarters
Brown the biscuits at the temp recomended on can about 425
Top with dried onions and cheese then brown again.
Let it rest about 5 minites then dig in.
I usally cut the top into serving size sections to make it easier to serve.
If there is any left it is better the next day.
Different biscuits and ovens will cook different. If your biscuits don't get done. You can turn the oven down and let it cook alittle longer.
I have used Ground beef,Deer, and Turkey to make this.
