Looks good. I'll even furnish my own fork.:D When I did indulge, I preferred Scotch. It's amazing how many micro breweries and distilleries have popped up in the last few years. Used to live in KY so I am familiar with many of the brands made there.

Food looks excellent. I was more of a Four Roses and Buffalo Trace drinker though. I had to google that stuff, 120 is comin in hot!
