1 bottle Worcheshire or Allegro
Flour

Favorite bottle of BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
Cronal oil
Soak meat in Worch or Allegro overnight.
Pour flour into large frozen zip-loc bag. Add meat. Shake until meat is coated.
Pour cranola oil in large skillet about 1/4 inch deep. Heat skillet on medium high. Add floured meat and brown on both sides for about 30 seconds.
Take meat out of skillet and put on plate with paper towels to absorb the oil.
Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add meat and let soak about 30 seconds.
Add soaked meat to glass casserole dish and stick in oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out and eat!
This is my favorite recipe for backstraps so far. I haven't tried this on turkey.
