How do you figure that? They added a bunch of spots back in to the 60 day draws. They have a choice to go with their area manager or listen to a very experienced hunter. They listened but in the end they should listen to the man in charge of the area. Less than 8% of all blinds affected....

Yes, 8% of the total blinds were effected. However, these blinds comprise about 75% of the good public blinds and about 95% of the great ones.

And I suspect at the first scheduled reevaluation the remaining 25% of the good ones will be moved to Tier 2. And most of the gar holes will be moved to tier 4 permanently, because no one will build them.
