Anyone ever replace dash panels

The plastic panel on my dash is not only cracked but has a hole where the flasher used to be. I also want to get rid of the speedometer. I can use the space to mount a fishfinder. The panel looks like it is carbon fiber but I think its just abs plastic with a film over it. I need to find the material to do it. I have found some on Amazon as well as Decorative Plastics but you have to buy a 24 in x48 sheet for around $80 but I only need about a 1/4 of that. Does anyone know of any other sources?

Why not 1/4" white or black starboard?? Should be able to find some off ebay

Nothing sticks to it. I want it to look like all the other panels on the console. If I could get some carbon fiber vinyl wrap that would stick to it, I would go that route.
