35 Whelen ammunition

I'm looking for 35 Whelen ammunition. Anyone know where I might stumble up on some?

The 35 Whelen is a great round. At the moment, you're best bet is probably going to be online. I haven't seen any on the shelf around the Nashville area in a good bit.

Thanks! That's what I thought. A friend of mine bought a 7600 35 Whelen about 8 years ago and never used it. I told him then that if he ever sold it, that I'd buy it. He contacted me last week. Now I have a rifle with no ammo! LOL

That's one of those rounds that are hard to find in normal times, even worse now. I reload for mine and finding bullets was always hit or miss. Most companies made limited runs of .358 bullets.

I have been looking for the same thing. I have one box of hornady superformance I am holding onto to make it through season.

Found a box of Hornady Superformance today at a mom and pop hardware store on a tip from a friend. Only 1 box but I'm in business at least. Had $31.99 on it, I feel like I got a steal! Lol
