Soddy Daisy, yes it's a real place
This was my target buck on the velvet hunt last year. He's not 150" but he's the biggest main frame 8 I've ever chased. Had him at 35 yards for over 30 minutes and never got a clear shot before it was too dark to see...he disappeared the day he shed velvet and I never managed to relocate him. Hoping he shows up on camera this month...
I hope you get to inspect him closer this year for sure cause that's a dandy of a buck

I hardly ran any cams in that particular region this past year as I was focused on some deer farther north but the ones I did had some pretty decent deer on them. Certain pockets there I always get nice deer on camera.. a fair amount of 150" deer over the years between me and friends

My goodness, I bet that buck caused you to lose some sleep last season! What an amazing buck!

I don't know what he scores, but he was under my stand on opening day of archery 2 years ago this fall.

We had several pictures of this one on our place also.

I never heard of either of these bucks being killed in our area. Maybe BSK knows something as they probably ran between his property and ours.

No pictures of either of those bucks at my place UPSman. That first one is a whopper!
You shot the last great big one I had a picture of:)

Rmbbq called me after he had shot at him and he was a wreck on the phone. How you can miss a buck like that one, at 25 yards with a 270, still makes me shake my head🤣
