Got this one this afternoon. Lots of deer hitting the acorns. 4 bucks and 7 does. Set up a stand around oaks and fresh scrapes this morning and went back at 1:30 this afternoon. This buck bedded up within 40 yards for a good 45 minutes until 2 smaller bucks came to the acorns and started sizing each other up. It was all this old guy could take. He got up and was stomping, wheezing and trashing a sapling a few feet from my stand. He looked up at me for a few seconds and went back to trashing the sapling and I let the hammer drop.
