My brother in law killed this buck with a muzzleloader in Stewart County, about a 1/4 mile from the Cumberland city ferry. It netted 144 and some change by an official scorer. 14" g2's. I think he is about 16.5" inside. I sure miss hunting on that 900 acres. Several 170" bucks have been killed on the farm since then.

This is the buck in my avatar. It was the first buck I ever shot. He has 11 points. He is a mainframe 8 pointer with double browtines, and one big 5.5" kicker. 5.5" bases, 19" inside. I scored him at 153 gross non typical. I killed him opening day in 1987 with a 30/30 in Montgomery county. That farm is now part of Ft. Campbell.

LoL. I was only 15. We drove home so my mom could see it and take a picture. My dad sold that vet before I got a chance to drive it.

Who proved this? How do you prove something that is patently false?

I've got a shed off of one that looks just like that.
This one would've made P&Y. 131" gross

also added the shed. I found it driving down the road a few years ago

Here is one I will hopefully get to be after this year. Had a lot of pictures of him last year but never connected with him. Of course the day this picture was taken I was at work.

This was my target buck on the velvet hunt last year. He's not 150" but he's the biggest main frame 8 I've ever chased. Had him at 35 yards for over 30 minutes and never got a clear shot before it was too dark to see...he disappeared the day he shed velvet and I never managed to relocate him. Hoping he shows up on camera this month...
