Ky definitely looks like the higher rated teams.
It has happened this way for some of Cal's teams before. They get some one and dones that are used to being the focal point every time they step on the floor. It takes a while for them to gel into team basketball. They look like they are ready to make some serious noise in the Big Dance.
KY looks like a NBA team compared to TN in athleticism.

It could. But, I am not seeing it today. Great day for Cal and crew. They are really dialed in.
Dang Tennessee came out second half doing great but quickly started to get desperate shots. Slow the play down and drive the dang ball. There's about to be a free throw shoot out the rest of the game by the way both teams are fouling.

Saw about 5 mins first half. Missed dunk, 3 guys in position for rebound and they proceed to bounce it off one another out of bounds, missed open 3.
That was all I could stand.
There will be more ups and downs, so no need to get too caught up in it.
On the plus side, it may save Cal's job

I saw part of the game while out eating lunch. It didn't look like the same team that beat Alabama.
The Cats are down 2 starters also.
And, the LOMs start.

Yes I know, I was just stating a team on the road at a place like Rupp in a rivalry game missing mutiple Starters usually don't end well. Even if the other team is missing players to.
Ky has looked like the better team both games against the vols not taking anything away from them.
I'm a life long CATS fan and this year certainly has had many disappointing games for us UK fans. But a couple of their best games have come against TN. TN has had more than 1 game where I thought they could anybody in the country they really looked like they could win it all. And then some games like today's 1st half they just played a little flat. Up and down season for both teams IMO.
